2025 Call Center CX Industry Award & Badge Winners Since 1998, SQM’s Contact Center QA & CX Industry Awards have recognized top-performing companies. SQM awards are considered the most prestigious and sought-after North American Contact Center QA & CX Industry Awards. For the 2025 Contact Center Industry Awards & Badges, SQM conducted customer and employee experience research and Gen AI QA evaluations from January 1 to December 31, 2025. SQM recognition is unique because it honors companies based on independently benchmarked customer experience (CX) feedback and performance results. In simple terms, it’s driven by the voice of the customer, not submissions, judges, or popularity. SQM benchmarks over 500 leading North American call centers annually and has conducted customer and employee experience studies since 1996. SQM conducts surveys and QA evaluations with customers who have used a call center, email, website, IVR, chat, or virtual agent service. SQM also conducts surveys with employees who work in contact centers. Our customer and employee survey benchmarking database is one of the largest in North America. Based on our customer and employee research and GenAI QA evaluations, SQM awards and badges are for CX excellence in quality assurance, FCR, customer satisfaction, and employee satisfaction for the contact center industry. For each call center that participated in the Auto QA program, SQM completed a minimum of 400 call assessments. For each call center that participated in the customer experience study, SQM completed a minimum of 400 post-contact surveys. For each call center that participated in the employee benchmarking study, for large call centers, a minimum of 100 agents were surveyed, or, if the contact center had fewer than 100 agents, 90% of the agent workforce completed surveys. CX Best Practice Awards acknowledge organizations that have demonstrated a best practice that has improved first call resolution (FCR) or provided a positive customer experience. SQM has more than 50 different CX, EX, and Best Practice Awards that recognize the top-performing organizations in QA, FCR, CSAT, ESAT metrics, and FCR Best Practice performance.
