"Both offences carry a maximum penalty of 25 years imprisonment," he said.Assistant Commissioner Stephen Nutt said a 32-year-old woman arrested in Sydney would be charged with being a member of a terrorist organisation and entering or remaining in a declared area.The charges carry maximum 10-year prison terms.Assistant Commissioner Stephen Nutt says the maximum penalty for each of the proposed charges is a decade or more behind bars.
