Pinky Cole Requested To Keep Her Finances Sealed Despite A Current ...
Real Housewives of Atlanta Pinky Cole pleaded with a judge to keep her finances private amid her bankruptcy case. The freshman year Bravolebrity is best known for creating the Slutty Vegan restaurant chain. A request of the Court: With hopes to file financial paperwork under seal, Pinky fears it will spread around the internet, as per reports from TMZ. “Pinky – who calls herself a ‘celebrity’ – said her Chapter 11 filings have already been used by content creators and written about by media outlets.” She complained about TMZ breaking a story about one of her creditors seizing one of her homes. The court ended up granting Pinky’s request for the home to be returned to her. “Pinky said she has a number of companies that she’s required to file information on in the case.” How Pinky got here: Pinky rushed to bankruptcy court after she claimed a creditor seized her home and changed the locks. According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Pinky owns a 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom, 2,814-square-foot home in the city of Loganville, which is about an hour east of Atlanta. Pinky filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy earlier this year. In the new filing, Pinky claimed Guardian Asset Management “seized her home, placed a notice in the street-facing window, and changed the locks.” Pinky’s lawyer tried to explain that their actions were improper, since the bankruptcy filing had paused any collection efforts. The seizure is causing “extreme financial harm” because she needs to rent the property in order to bring in income. “This was an investment property that was unlawfully seized from Ms. Cole. This unlawful seizure violated the automatic stay imposed in Ms. Cole’s bankruptcy case.” Let us know what you think about Pinky Cole asking the Judge to keep her finances private below.
