Indie App Spotlight: 'InnerPulse' is an in depth, private, and on ...

Welcome to Indie App Spotlight. This is a weekly 9to5Mac series where we showcase the latest apps in the indie app world. If you’re a developer and would like your app featured, get in contact. Mood tracking apps can be really important and useful, whether you want to be more mindful – or if you need to track it for your therapist. That said, lots of apps either charge a subscription, are lacking in depth, or don’t have everything you might need. InnerPulse aims to solve that, while keeping privacy at the center. Top features First and foremost, InnerPulse has a native-feeling UI, embracing the Liquid Glass design language of iOS 26. In the app, you can track your mood on a 0-10 scale, and it supports over 85 mood factors where you can choose what made your day good or bad. Then, from that data, it keeps in mind what tends to make you feel the way you do. You can select factors based on sleep, nutrition, work, exercise, social, digital, self-care, health, environment, and finances. You can also write some additional notes if you’d like. Beyond your daily mood entry, InnerPulse also supports in depth questionnaires if you’re facing anxiety or depression, including PHQ-9, GAD-7, K10, and PHQ-4 surveys. These are just screeners, so they aren’t conclusive, but they do give help you keep track of yourself. Then, with all of this data, you can look at your trends over time and get a better idea of yourself, or share it with medical professionals. Download the app InnerPulse is available on the App Store for $4.99. It’s a one time purchase, with no ads or subscriptions. You’ll need an iPhone or iPad running iOS 18.6 or later. Best mood tracker apps for daily mood patterns - conflingo.com

Best mood tracker apps for daily mood patterns I've been trying to keep track of my mood for a few months now, mostly because I keep noticing the same stupid pattern - bad sleep, long work day, then I'm weirdly snappy at 7 pm and can't tell if it's stress, food, or just me being tired.
