The Fully Focused® Muslim Woman - Ribaat Academic Institute
Course Description: This practical, heart-centered course helps adult Muslim women bring their lives into alignment—personally, professionally, and spiritually—using Michael Hyatt’s Full Focus system through an Islamic lens. Drawing on proven tools such as annual goal-setting, quarterly priorities, weekly previews, and daily rituals, participants will learn to design a life that reflects their deepest values and ‘ibādah, not just their to-do list. Together we will explore how concepts like intention (niyyah), tawakkul, balance, and barakah intersect with planning, productivity, and time management. Through guided exercises, coaching-style reflection, and gentle accountability, students will clarify their roles and responsibilities, identify realistic yet inspiring goals, and build rhythms that support worship, family, health, and meaningful work. By the end of the course, participants will have a personalized Full Focus plan and a set of faith-rooted habits to help them show up as organized, energized, and spiritually anchored Muslim women in every area of their lives. Course Prerequisites: Students should be women above the age of 17. Course Requirements: Live attendance is recommended whenever possible for the best learning experience.
