He sustained serious injuries and is currently receiving treatment at the Hambantota District General Hospital.Police confirmed that the man killed was the main suspect in a triple murder that took place in the Mamadala area in 2025, during which three people were killed after a group stormed a house. The victim was a father of three children.Further revelations indicate that the deceased had been held in remand custody over the triple murder charges and was released on bail on March 31 this year.Police have uncovered information about three individuals suspected to be involved in this killing, and one suspect was arrested last night. Investigations into the incident are continuing under the direction of Ambalantota Police.
