Advanced Level Examination – 2025. 🚨 Important Public Warning The Ministry has observed that certain unauthorized private agents and institutions are actively misleading students and parents by falsely claiming involvement in this government scholarship programme. The Ministry has clearly stated: The scholarship programme is solely implemented and administered by the Ministry of Education, Higher Education and Vocational Education. The Ministry has NO partnership, agreement, or affiliation with any private institution, consultancy, or agent. No private party is authorized to represent the Ministry, process applications, recommend candidates, or influence selections. Applications are received and evaluated directly by the Ministry through a transparent, competitive, and merit-based process. Students do not need any agent or intermediary to submit applications. The Ministry will not take responsibility for any issues arising from dealings with unauthorized third parties. Students and parents are strongly advised to rely only on official announcements published by the Ministry and to avoid anyone claiming to offer “guaranteed” placements or special recommendations for this scholarship.
