Not only from the owners but from Richard and Michael … But as weird as it might sound, I also feel the support from the fans,” Slot told reporters.“We were going out in Paris when the players went out for the warm-up, and after the 4-0 loss [against City] the fans immediately started singing, ‘We love Liverpool’.“I think it’s fair to say we were outplayed for 90 minutes, and they were still singing and clapping for us. Spirit of Shankly have called for supporters to take action during Liverpool's Premier League game against Fulham on Saturday after the club increased ticket prices16:07, 06 Apr 2026Updated 09:05, 07 Apr 2026Liverpool supporters' group Spirit of Shankly have urged fans to take a stand over the club's decision to increase ticket prices for the next three seasons.‌The Reds confirmed the price rises a fortnight ago, sparking a wave of anger amongst supporters, particularly given Liverpool posted record revenues earlier this year.‌The club intends to raise prices in line with the CPI annual inflation rate, up to a maximum of five per cent. This includes adult general admission tickets rising by between £1.25 and £1.75 per person, per matchday, alongside adult season tickets going up by between £21.50 and £27 next season. That works out at a maximum increase of £1.42 per match.‌A number of concessions were made by the club, including a price freeze for senior, local, and junior tickets. It is also worth noting that every ticket price bracket remains cheaper than local rivals Everton, while Liverpool's cost increases are considerably lower than those of its top Premier League rivals over the past decade, reports Liverpool.com.FOLLOW OUR LIVERPOOL FB PAGE! "Supporters are angry. And they have every right to be," the official Supporters' Trust said. "Liverpool FC has chosen to ignore clear, overwhelming opposition from its own supporters and push ahead with plans to increase ticket prices for the next three seasons.‌"The open meeting online, the survey, and countless conversations all point to the same thing: fans do not accept this decision. And if the club's owners won't listen, then we make them. This is no longer about consultation. That opportunity has been and gone. This is about action."SoS confirmed that the club has been notified that demonstrations will take place. Further details are yet to be revealed, but some form of protest is planned for this weekend's home fixture against Fulham.‌The organisation has also launched its "Not a pound in the ground" campaign, urging supporters, wherever possible, to refrain from ...
